Double Click on My Documents folder to open it.

If Downloads folder does not exist create a new folder by single right clicking on an empty space in My Documents folder then move the ponter down to 'New.'

Move pointer across to 'Folder' then click again.

A new folder will appear and New Folder will be highlighted.. Without touching anything type Downloads.

Then press Enter.

You now have your Downloads folder!

Double click on newly created Downloads folder and create another new folder and call it Select.

Now close folder by clicking on red cross on top right hand corner.

Once you have created the Downloads and Select folders you can now go back to the Downloads section of web site and choose a program to download. The dialogue box opposite will apear.

Click on Save.

Click on the green down arrow and the dialogue box opposite appears. Double click on My Documents.

You will see the Select folder created earlier. Double click on the Select folder to open it.

Click on Save, bottom right.

The program will begin downloading.

Once the download is complete click on Open Folder.

Right click on zip file and move down to WinZip

To install the program double click on the setup folder. This will begin the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions.

To run the program after the installation is complete go to start > programs and choose Select program.
